This customer in Warrington had an old conservatory which needed to be replaced, it was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter and didn’t give them the open-plan living that they wanted for their home. We demolished the old conservatory and used Ultraframe’s market leading Hup! extension system to build up from their existing conservatory foundations, saving them both money and time. The customer wanted an external monocouche render finish and we removed the structural wall between their new extension and their existing home to create an open-plan L shaped kitchen dining area
